*NEW* Virtual Parent Group!

We are collecting registrations for a virtual parent group in January 2021:

Smoother Sailing

Registered OT, Nicole Raftis, will be offering a 6 session group for parents only, online.  The focus will be on emotion coaching, collaborative problem solving, and behaviour coaching.   This means giving you new ‘eyes’, new thinking as well as new tools to deal with your childrens’ difficult behaviour and your family’s stressful times of day.

Whether you are having trouble getting your kids out the door on time, getting your kids off screens, or getting them to not be worried about COVID, Nicole can help.  A focus will also be placed on problem solving with therapist input into your individual home parenting situations.

Nicole Raftis is an experienced Occupational Therapist with the ability to understand behaviour through many lenses:

  •  a trauma-informed lens for children who have been through unstable life circumstances,
  • a sensory-processing lens, for children with sensory processing differences,
  • a mental-wellness lens for parents (and kids alike).

There is room for up to 10 participants in this class.

Please email Sue Wahl at sue@pathwaytherapy.ca for more information.
